Funeral services for Lisa Kay Parker-Hiegel, 45, were held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 16, 2012 at the Gorman Funeral Homes – Platte Chapel in Wheatland, Wyoming.  
Lisa Parker-Hiegel a resident of Guernsey, Wyoming passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland.  
Lisa was born on June 21, 1967 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of Willie and Judy (Spears) Pennington.  She lived in Indianapolis until 2005.  Lisa enjoyed camping, spending time with her children, granddaughter, and helping her friends.  
Lisa was survived by her husband Ray Hiegel of Guernsey; children, Rachel Manual of Guernsey, Jake of Indianapolis, Taylor of Guernsey, and Landin of Guernsey; step-children, Vanessa of Torrington, Wyoming and Zachary of Bridgeport, Nebraska; granddaughter, Eyce Rose Manual of Guernsey; sister, Barbara Parker of Indianapolis; and brothers, Randy, James, Eugene, Ronnie all of Indianapolis.  
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Pennington.
A memorial to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), 424 East 92nd Street, New York, New York 10128-6804 would be appreciated by the family.
