LOLA MARGARET (NOLKE) RUSSELL

A graveside service for Lola Margaret Russell, 87, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Horseshoe Cemetery near Glendo, Wyoming.

Lola Russell died Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Torrington Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyoming.

Lola was born Saturday, February 21, 1931 in Lyman, Nebraska the daughter of Herman and Nellie (Clark) Nolke.  They moved to Fort Laramie, Wyoming in 1948.   She married Fred Walker in 1950 and they live on a ranch north of Fort Laramie.

Lola moved to Wheatland, Wyoming in 1988.  She married Gene Russell in 2000 and moved to a ranch west of Glendo.  She moved to Torrington in 2012.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Dorothy Spath, Emogene Terwilliger, Muriel Frahm, Lucille Nichol, Erma Potter, and Helen Nolke; and brother, Carl Nolke.

Lola is survived by brother, Calvin Nolke; children, Mary Ann Simpson, Dwight Walker, Fred Walker, and David Walker; eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Lola will be very missed by all.
