Tonia Lee Hack, 48, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 in Wheatland, Wyoming.
Tonia Hack was born September 13, 1970 in Denver, Colorado the daughter of Johan and Pamela (Toadvyn) Stokvis.
Tonia is survived by her loving husband, Glen Hack of Wheatland; mother-in-law, Emily Hack of Arvada, Colorado; father, Johan “Jeff” (Mary Lou Chapla-Stokvis) Stokvis of Arvada; mother, Pamela Stokvis of Denver, Colorado; siblings, Michelle and Jeffrey Stokvis both of Arvada; niece, Jauton Bender of Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her loving son, Saige Hack.
The Gorman Funeral Homes – Platte Chapel of Wheatland are in charge of the arrangements.
