A funeral liturgy for Alice May Main, 87, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church in Guernsey, Wyoming with Father Ray Moss as the celebrant.
A Vigil for the deceased will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church. Interment will be in the Prairie Rest Cemetery near Guernsey.
Alice Main passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at her home in Guernsey.
Alice was born on Thursday, December 8, 1938 in Hartville, Wyoming the daughter of Francis Ralph and Edith May (Walsh) Erschabek.
Some of Alice’s favorite pastimes included exploring her family history, capturing moments through photography, tending to her garden—especially her beloved roses—painting by numbers, and creating beautiful pieces through needlepoint sewing. Alice was a member of the Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church and the Lake Guernsey American Legion Auxiliary
Alice is survived by her children, Everett (Sheryl) Main of Guernsey, Rebecca Main of Guernsey, and Annette Main of Wheatland, Wyoming; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and siblings, Mary (Richard) Riddell of Denver, Colorado and Francis William Erschabek of Guernsey.
Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Merle Main on April 9, 2025; son, Jacob Main on May 7, 2016; grandson, Donovan Main on December 18, 2024; and sister-in-law, Jean Erschabek on July 24, 2015.
A memorial to the Ronald McDonald House, 26345 Network Place, Chicago, Illinois 60673-1263 would be appreciated by the family.
