ANNA SHEFFERD Obituary

Anna Christine “Cris” Shefferd, 68, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland, Wyoming.
Anna was born in Wheatland on Sunday, July 5, 1953, the daughter of Lloyd Kermit and Alice Josephine (Lack) Blumer. She was reared and educated in Wheatland.
Anna enjoyed puzzles, crocheting, cooking fried chicken, camping, and shopping. Her dogs were “her babies”.
Anna is survived by her daughters, Sherry (Jason) Hutson and Elanie (Luis) Gevara; brother, David Blumer of Louisiana; grandchildren, Alecia Ing, Brittany Hutson, JLynn Hutson, Brandy Gevara, Christopher Gevara, Jeremy Gevara, and Elizabeth Gevara; and fourteen great grandchildren.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jason Shefferd; and siblings, Bonnie Jenkins, Fred Blumer, Kathleen Piper, and Evelyn Wiedner.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
