ARTHUR J. "ART" GOLDADE

A Celebration of Life for Arthur J. “Art” Goldade, 64, will be held at the Commodore Bar in Wheatland, Wyoming on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 4:00 PM.  

Art Goldade, left this world way too early with sister, Barb at his side at the Wheatland Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 18, 2021.  

Art was born in Ellendale, North Dakota on Wednesday, December 26, 1956.

Art followed in his dad’s, (Jack) footstep and completed the Millwright Apprentice program and worked as a Millwright his entire life, shoulder to shoulder with Jack on many jobs. They were quite a team! 

When Art was not working, he was enjoying life.  Art loved riding his Harley motorcycles and they were his pride and joy.  He participated in many charitable Toy and Poker runs to help the community.  He was well known to be a kind soul and had a huge generous heart!  He was the guy you called when you needed help.  He will be missed by many!   

 Art is survived by his sister, Barbara Cottam of Wheatland; brother, Dean (Yong) Goldade of Round Rock, Texas; four nephews, Steven (Megan) Cottam from Richmond, Virginia, Bobby Cottam (Diana Perez) from Fayetville, Arkansas, Josh (Soledad) Coward from Austin, Texas, and Justin (Lauren) Coward from Round Rock. He also had a grand-niece, Jackie Cottam and a grand-nephew, Josh Cottam. 

He was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Goldade; mother, Ella Mae Goldade; and father and best friend, Jacob Goldade.  

In lieu of flowers, as we all know Art would not want them, please send any donations to Wyoming Central Abate, P.O. Box 1177, Mills, Wyoming 82644.  They will make sure the money goes to a charity Art would approve of.
