Funeral liturgy for Belva Jean Rothleutner, 79, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 8, 2021 at the Saint Louis Catholic Church in Glenrock, Wyoming with Father Lucas Kazimiro Simango as the Celebrant.
A Vigil for the Deceased will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 7, 2021 at the Gorman Funeral Homes – Converse Chapel in Douglas, Wyoming. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the Glenrock Cemetery.
Belva passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her home near Douglas surrounded by her loving family.
Belva was born Monday, May 26, 1941 in New Underwood, South Dakota the daughter of Vincent Earl and Evelyn M. (Duster) Stanton. She was married to Max Joseph Rothleutner, her best friend, on November 7, 1959. They celebrated 61years of unconditional love and Max still survives.
Belva was a homemaker, loving wife, and mother of six children.
Belva is survived by her husband, Max, of Douglas; children, Melvin (Angie) Rothleutner, Tim (Vickie) Rothleutner, and Albert (Tammy) Rothleutner all of Douglas, Evelyn (Lee) Johnson and Joanne (Lyndon) Miller both of Wheatland, Wyoming, and Melinda Brown of Sheridan, Wyoming; siblings, Dallas (Jeanette) Stanton, of Glenrock, Ronnie (Cathy) Stanton of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Dwayne (Julie) Stanton of Newcastle, Wyoming, and Gary (Peggy) Stanton and Darlene (Bob) Mortenson both of Sheridan; 16 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent, on July 1, 1984; mother, Evelyn, on October 8, 1987; two brothers; two sisters; one nephew; and six great grandchildren.
A memorial to the Central Wyoming Hospice Home, 319 South Wilson Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601 or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
