Bonnie June Hohnholt

Bonnie June Hohnholt, 85, of Wheatland, Wyoming, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming surrounded by her family.

Bonnie was born on Tuesday, July 16, 1940, the daughter of Edwin C. and Bettie J. (Bolich) Peterson. A longtime resident of Wheatland, Bonnie was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and love of simple joys. She adored flowers, cherished time with her family, and for more than 30 years could be found around town feeding and caring for the neighborhood cats — a quiet act of compassion that reflected her generous nature.

Bonnie’s warmth, humor, and caring ways will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Bonnie will be remembered for the love she shared and the quiet kindness she brought into the world every day.
