GLORIA ANN (WUNDER) GILBERT

Gloria Ann (Wunder) Gilbert of Wheatland, Wyoming died on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at the age of 64.

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Roxann (Kyle) Shook; son, Zac Gilbert; sisters, Trudy (Wunder) Clark, Loretta (Wunder) Watson, and Dawn (Tucker) Wightman; and stepmother, Patricia (Jackson) Wunder.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Bob Gilbert; father, LeRoy Wunder; and mother, Betty (DuVall) Painter.

Gloria was born in Casper, Wyoming on Saturday, December 8, 1956. She attended various schools in Wyoming and Idaho. She and Bob married on June 1, 1972. They welcomed their daughter in 1981, and their son a year later. Gloria was a devoted mother and wife, and she spent much of her life as a homemaker. She was an amazing cook. She loved animals and especially cherished many dogs and horses over the years. She also loved painting, watching football, and classic movies.

At Gloria’s request, no service is planned.
