A Celebration of Life service for Jerry Lee DeSHasier, 68, will be held at a later date.
Jerry died unexpectantly on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at the emergency room of the Memorial Hospital of Converse County in Douglas, Wyoming.
He was born Wednesday, October 10, 1956 in Trenton, New Jersey the son of Charles Edward and Betty Lou (Edwards) DeSHasier.
Jerry moved to Douglas in 1972 and worked in the oilfields of Wyoming and worked at various maintenance jobs at local convenience stores. He retired in 2021. He enjoyed making model cars and odd jobs around his home.
He was married to Tina Marie (Jensen) Taylor in Douglas on October 13, 2007.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Tina DeSHasier, of Douglas; two sons, Jason DeSHasier and Jake DeSHasier both of California; step daughters, Trisha (Joe) Salazar of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Tashona Taylor of Douglas; siblings, Karen, Judy, Ed, Steve, Glen, and Paul; grandchildren, Riley DeSHasier and Mason Taylor both of Douglas and Marisa, Brayden, and Brynlee Salazar all of Rock Springs.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The Gorman Funeral Homes-Converse Chapel of Douglas, Wyoming is in charge of the arrangements.
