JUDDEE KAY (THOMAS) THOMAS-DUGAN

Juddee Kay Thomas-Dugan, 61, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022 at her home in Douglas, Wyoming with her loving family at her bedside.

Juddee was born Thursday, December 8, 1960 in Torrington, Wyoming the daughter of Freddie Thomas II and Jean (Ruffing) Thomas.

Juddee loved all animals, kids, and mashed potatoes.  She was raised and educated in Lusk, Wyoming.  After receiving her GED Juddee lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Gillette, Wyoming, and a short time in Florida.  She came home to Lusk to work with her mom at The Diner.  Juddee was one of the best waitresses in Lusk.  She always had contests of who went first to do anything.  She also worked as a flagger, truck driver, and cook.  Juddee had lots of hats she wore.

Juddee was married to William Joe “Bill” Dugan in March, 2009.  She enjoyed lots of gatherings and would put her life at risk to save an animal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and a nephew.

Juddee loved her three siblings, Wes French of Guernsey, Wyoming, Debbie (Dale) Widrick of Lowville, New York, and Freddie (Sandy) Thomas III of Lusk and all of her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who were all very special to her.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Laramie Peak Humane Society, P.O. Box 463, Douglas, Wyoming 82633 would be appreciated by the family.
