KAYLA MARIE (MILLER) MILLER-ZACHARIAS

It is with great sadness that the family of Kayla Marie Miller-Zacharias, age 31, of Douglas Wyoming, announces her passing on Sunday, November 24, 2024 due to injuries received in a motor vehicle accident near Douglas.

She was born on Friday, April 2, 1993 in Douglas, Wyoming the daughter of James Louis Miller and Kirsten Ann Klaus.  Kayla was reared and educated in Douglas, graduating from the Douglas High School in 2011.  She enjoyed outdoor activities with her family.

Kayla is survived by her daughters, Zamaura Miller and Katelyn Miller; her parents, Jim Miller and Kirsten Klaus; her brother, Christopher Miller and his wife Meaghan; nephews; cousins; aunts; uncles; and her maternal grandmother, Faye Dahl.

She is proceeded in death by her paternal grandparents; maternal grandfather; uncles; and aunt.

Kayla spent her last few years working as an assistant manager at Loaf n Jug. She loved her job, co-workers, and customers. She lived for her children; they were her pride and joy.  She loved to make people laugh and had a great sense of humor. She was very strong-willed and spoke her opinion.

Kayla will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Kayla Miller-Zacharias Memorial Fund in care of the Converse County Bank, P.O. Box 689, Douglas, Wyoming 82633. All proceeds benefit her children.

There will be a Celebration of Life service at the Trinity Baptist Church, 1424 Griffith Way, Douglas, Wyoming on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Tom Strock officiating.

The Gorman Funeral Homes-Converse Chapel of Douglas, Wyoming assisted the family with the arrangements.
