A graveside service for Lacy Elise Dilts, 36, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the Douglas Park Cemetery in Douglas, Wyoming with Pastor Don Bergstrom officiating. The family request casual dress.
Lacy passed away Monday, June 29, 2026 at the Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyoming with her mom, Sunny, at her bedside.
She was born Wednesday, January 24, 1990 in Casper, Wyoming the daughter of Fred William Dilts III and Pamela “Sunny” (Broyles) Dilts.
Lacy was raised and educated in Laramie and Minnesota. She graduated from East Range Academy of Technology and Science, a charter school, in Mount Iron, Minnesota. She work with her mom at her mom’s deli while living in Minnesota. She returned to Laramie to attended the University of Wyoming and work part time at an animal clinic. She loved all types of animals and music also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Lacy was involved with several home enterprises over the years.
She is survived by her father, Fred W. Dilts III, of Glendo, Wyoming; mother, Pamela “Sunny” Dilts of Laramie; siblings, Amy (Greg) Peyton of Buffalo, Wyoming, Wade (Mandy) Wall of Gillette, Wyoming, and Van Welch of Rock Springs, Wyoming; aunt, Deena Wrangler of Douglas; and cousins, Mason Wrangler and Kade Dilts Wiggam both of Douglas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to any animal rescue facility would be appreciated by the family.
