MacKENZIE JOLYNN BLESSINGER

A Celebration of Life service for MacKenzie Jolynn Blessinger, 14, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the Douglas Middle School New Gymnasium, 801 West Richard Street in Douglas, Wyoming with Pastor Ed Rafferty of Grace Fellowship Church in Douglas officiating.

MacKenzie died on Sunday, June 23, 2024 from injuries received in an automobile accident near Douglas, Wyoming.

She was born Friday, January 8, 2010 in Pocatello, Idaho the daughter of Justine Elysa Amos and Brandon Blessinger.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing games, and listening to music.  She was going into the 8th grade at Douglas Middle School in Douglas this coming fall.  She loved music, art, and math which was her favorite subject.  She enjoyed going on family vacations, getting to spend time with her aunt and grandparents, and exploring new places.  MacKenzie collected wolves, dolphins, and rocks.  She wanted to become a Vet when she got older.  She was the sweetest, kindest girl you’d ever met.  She was shy and quiet at first until she got comfortable, then her fun side showed, laughing, joking, and singing to the radio.  She was a good big sister to her little brother who loves her so much. 

MacKenzie is survived by her mom, Justine Crouch; brother, Barry Crouch; grandparents, Vicky and Kevin Amos; aunt, Haley Amos (David); many other family members; and father, Brandon Blessinger.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Nathan, and great grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to MacKenzie J. Blessinger Memorial Fund in care of the Converse County Bank, P.O. Box 689, Douglas, Wyoming would be appreciated by the family.
