SANDRA YVONNE (PIERCE) WOLFE

A funeral service for Sandra Yvonne Wolfe, 81, will be held at 9:00 A.M. Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the United Presbyterian Church in Guernsey, Wyoming with The Reverend Liz Morgan officiating.  Interment will be in the Prairie Rest Cemetery near Guernsey, Wyoming.

Sandra Wolfe passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at the Sage Grove Assisted Living in Rigby, Idaho.

Sandra was born on Monday, July 20, 1942 the daughter of Ira Lee and Lillian (Halverson) Pierce in Wall, South Dakota.

 She graduated from Wall High School in 1960 with many close friends. She was always proud to have been a cheerleader for the Wall Eagles. On June 17, 1962 she married the love of her life Leonard Wolfe in Wall. They were happily married for 46 years. Sandra had many different jobs but the one that made her the happiest was taking care of her family. She was a wonderful wife, mom, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her pets, painting, and doing many other crafts. 

Sandra is survived by her children, Kristi (Eddie) Clark of Afton, Wyoming, Shane (Wendy) Wolfe of Battle Mountain, Nevada, and Shawn (Lisa) Maney of Cheyenne, Wyoming; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Wolfe on June 23, 2008; son, Todd Wolfe on October 26, 1985; sisters, Elizabeth, Irene, and Mary Ann; brother, David Lee; mother, Lillian Pierce; and father, Ira Lee Pierce.
