Teresa Miller, 55, died Saturday, January 18, 2025 at her home in Glenrock, Wyoming.
She was born on Saturday, January 17, 1970 in Logan, Utah the daughter of John Robert and Karolyn (Kearns) Hammond. The family moved to Salmon, Idaho where she was raised and educated. She was a star volleyball player during high school and graduated from the Salmon High School.
Teresa later moved to the Jackson Hole/Alpine, Wyoming area where she was a bar manager. In October, 2024 she moved to Glenrock to be near her daughter, Stormie, and grandsons, James and Hunter.
She enjoyed reading, camping, 4-wheeling, shooting, and hunting. Teresa also adored her Yorkie, JJ, her golden boy and spending time with her grandsons
Teresa is survived by her daughter, Stormie (Curtis) Schifferns of Glenrock; special friend, Craig “Sparki” Schultz of Alpine; siblings, Tiffany Hammond of Jackson Hole and James Hammond of Rexburg, Idaho; and grandsons, James Schifferns and Hunter Schifferns both of Glenrock.
She was preceded in death by her father, John, on December 13, 2004; mother, Karolyn, on July 28, 1993; and brother, Jeffrey Hammond, on May 25, 2012.
The Gorman Funeral Homes-Converse Chapel of Douglas, Wyoming is in charge of the arrangements.
