THELMA MOLLMAN Obituary

Funeral services and Mass of Christian Burial for Thelma Jean (Murphy) Mollman, 72, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 10, 2014 at the Saint Louis Catholic Church Parish Hall, 601 South Fifth Street, Glenrock, Wyoming with Father Tom Ogg, Father Arnel Raboy, Father Robert Fox, and Father Steven Titus as the Con-Celebrants.  A Vigil for the Deceased will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the Saint Louis Catholic Church.  Interment will be in the Glenrock Cemetery on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
Thelma Jean (Murphy) Mollman passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 72 at the Central Wyoming Hospice Home in Casper, Wyoming.
Throughout her life, Thelma made a point to be a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and steadfast friend. She cherished family.
She was born January 19, 1941 in Fort Washakie, Wyoming to Charles Henry and Isabella Eileen (Erickson) Murphy, the second of twelve children. She graduated Valedictorian from Morton High School, Kinnear, Wyoming in 1959 and with honors from Casper College in 1961.
She was united in marriage to James Michael Mollman on September 2, 1961 in Riverton, Wyoming.
Thelma served the parish of Saint Louis as Administrative Assistant for 32 years. During her employment at Saint Louis she was instrumental in the construction of a new parish hall. She embraced challenges and truly appreciated her parish community.
She was unwaveringly active in prolife ministries and held the office of secretary for the Wyoming Right to Life organization for many years.
She had a green thumb, nurturing vibrant plants and flowers. She was also a talented artist and seamstress. She enjoyed quilting and reading.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Mollman, children Anne Marie (Rob) Boner, Joy (James) Kroll, Matthew Mollman, and Brett Mollman; grandchildren, Brian Boner, Tyler Boner, Michelle Boner, Laura Boner, Marie Kroll, Ana Kroll, Michael Kroll, Christopher Adams, and Ashley Higgs. Her surviving siblings are Ray Murphy, David Murphy, Judy Dubry, Louis Murphy, Gary Murphy, and Jesse Murphy.
She was preceded in death by a son Curtis Alan Mollman on April 8, 1979; parents, Charles on March 11, 1972 and Isabella on February 16, 2002; and siblings Richard Murphy, Virginia Madman, Chester Murphy, Marjorie Fancher and Carol Sue Ostertag.
Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Mollman, Brett Mollman, Brian Boner, Tyler Boner, Michael Kroll, and Ray Mollman.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Rob Boner, James Kroll, Ray Murphy, David Murphy, Louis Murphy, Gary Murphy, Jesse Murphy, and Bob Mollman.
The gift bearers will be Michelle Boner, Laura Boner, Marie Kroll, and Ana Kroll.
A memorial to the Saint Louis Catholic Church, P.O. Box 27, Glenrock, Wyoming 82637 would be appreciated by the family.
