VAL WIEDMEIER Obituary

A funeral service for Val Dee Wiedmeier, 64, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wheatland, Wyoming with Bishop Matthew Stafford officiating.

Val Wiedmeier passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland surrounded by his family.

Val was born on Saturday, August 25, 1956 in Tremonton, Utah the son of Elmer A. and Selma (Stenquist) Wiedmeier.

A memorial to the ‘wheel get you there’ (a fund for assisting cancer patients with transportation to appointments, etc.) in care of Platte Valley Bank, P.O. Box 337, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201 or to the Greg Garton Scholarship fund, in care of Platte Valley Bank, P.O. Box 337, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201 would be appreciated by the family.

The Gorman Funeral Homes – Platte Chapel of Wheatland are in charge of the arrangements.
