Willim Sinnard died Saturday, March 25, 2023 at his home in Douglas, Wyoming of natural causes.
He was born Thursday, November 14, 1963 in Decatur, Illinois the son of William Henry and Lorene Joyce (Raymond) Sinnard. He was employed at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Douglas at the time of his death.
William is survived by his brother, James Neil Sinnard, of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
